My Family

I have been married for 13 years this August 2009 to my husband Mr. C.  Our life has been wonderful.  We are like peas and carrots.  Most of the time.  We have two beautiful kids, Little B-6 and Big A-2.  We live out in the country in the upstate of SC.  We have almost 3 acres and are trying our hand at beginning homesteading.  A little at a time.  So far our “farm” consists of a garden, fruit trees/vines and chickens and guineas.  Here is the rundown on what lives outside our house.

Cat:

• Bunny (pre-1999 model, physically challenged white/tabby  “cabbit”)

Guineas:

• I can’t even tell the three of them apart, except one is a hen and the other two are cocks.

Chickens:

• 5 Americanas
• 5 Dominickers (one rooster-Maybe, Stub and 4 un-identifiable hens)
• 3 Rhode Island Reds
• 1 Silver-Laced Wyandotte
• 2 Black Australorps,
• 1 Cuckoo Maran
• 2 Buff Orphingtons
